Thanks guys, it`s a pleasure to be here.

No update yet, but the car is going to a show this weekend so we`ll work the nights aswell to get it show-ready. Engine will be installed, seats, dashboard, trunk, rear bumper.. We won`t have either front bumper, front fenders or hood on the show, just to show this is not a finished car.

We installed the intercooler today, worked with the differential (it`s ready for paint) and we`ve polished the pipings.

Time for a new update. New suspension kit is on it`s way to Norway, CF parts are shipped aswell and the Dogbox will hopefully arrive tomorrow.

Two new oilcoolers installed on each side of the intercooler, that was installed yesterday We`re also gonna install a oil-cooler for the differential and one for the transmission.

We`ve also cleaned the engine, washed the intake manifold with racefuel etc.

Holy Moly... That kicks ass. The intercooler is really extreme Good luck with this beauty.

As I said, the Carbon parts are under production. Here are the doors finished, take a look.







The mold for the dashboard are also ready.

Naja. So schwer ist ein Käfig nicht. Der Käfig in meinem MKIV wiegt ca. 25 kg.
Mein Auto ist auch ähnlich "reichhaltig" ausgestattet wie dieses und wiegt insgesamt ca. 1.400 kg. Und wenn man vom Bremsen von hohen Geschwindigkeiten ausgeht, macht natürlich jedes Kilo Übergewicht eine vielfache Belastung für die Bremsen aus.
Für die Serienbremse gibt es aber auch einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Z. B. Stahlflexbremsleitungen, Luftzuführung und Bremsflüssigkeitszirkulation. Damit dürften auch mehrere Vollbremsungen aus VMax möglich sein. Brembo allein (nur als Beispiel) ist hier noch nicht die Lösung schlechthin.
